In outside of the walls of old city CM my experience has been dogs and 🐓 have been loud as well as chanting and hard beds are usual

Sorry that's not a hotel, that's a basic guest house. Ok it might suite back packers looking for cheap accommodation. But not for the average person. On top of that it's in C/M the dead city of the country. With some of the worse smog this time of the year. Best of luck.
